A human being is a creature of habit.

What we practice more, we become better at it.

The same is the case with procrastination.

The more you practice procrastination, the better you become at it, and much like everything, it starts with small things, including not bringing a glass of water for yourself when you are thirsty.

Those small and ignorable deeds of procrastination create a compound effect in our lives and make us procrastinate in the important decisions that could decide our future.

How to Overcome Procrastination

Sometimes our habit of assumption makes things difficult for us than they are in real.

I was listening to a particular documentary about mountain climbing where mountaineers were saying that when they are about to reach the summit of the mountain, they begin to feel lazy and think of giving up because they have done their best job.

But what makes them reach the last finishing spot of the summit is the thought of taking one step no matter how much pain they are feeling in their legs.
