Make Sure You Still Choose to Write When Your Fingers Scream To Stop
Success is about doing it anyway, whether you feel like it or not
When was the last time you thought of sleeping around 9 PM to wake up at 4 AM?
How often do you put the pizza away and choose vegetables or fruits?
Do you feel like doing college assignments?
You think writing is a passion, but do you choose to go with your friends, or do you give up pleasures to pursuit your dreams?
Here is what I’m trying to say: Success demands you to attract it by working on yourself.
Working on yourself means this: You must know that you will not feel like doing great things in life. You have to do them anyway, no matter whether you feel like it or not.
Do the Opposite of What Your Mind Says
Your mind will always encourage you to hit the snooze button.
It will never say a word to encourage you to jump off the mattress instantly.
It will never feel like leaving a warm bed in the cold mornings, cooking food for the kids, and dressing them to school.
Your mind is your enemy when it comes to productivity.
Productivity demands to perform uncommon and unique experiments to make things more efficient. But the mind wants an easy pattern. Its goal is to relax more and save energy.
The problem is that we live in a world of productivity with the mind of survival mode. But our mind is innocent because the very nature it is to save us from dangers and efforts.
Minds’ natural behavior is to seek what’s accessible and readily available.
It will never encourage you to exercise, save money, work on your dreams, sacrifice pleasures, eat healthily, and resist temptations.
Not Just Once but Again and Again And Again
Do the hard things.
Here is the solution: Do what you don’t feel like doing, but your consciousness says that’s the right thing to do no matter how hard that is. You have to do it not just once but again…
